Movement

Movement

Some people have bodies made for movement.

For people with FASD this can help their systems calm as well.

It’s important to make time to move!

  • Jumping
  • Spinning
  • Scootering
  • Running
  • Trampolining
  • Peddling
  • Going upside down
  • Climbing
  • Paddling
  • Riding
  • Sliding

What do you like to do?

Fun to try at home

If you start to feel fidgety, do some star jumps.

Squeeze your fingers if you’re having trouble sitting still.

Do some crossing the midline exercises.

There are lots of things you can do.
